Crystal is a hard-working single mom. She has two young children. When she isn’t busy with Kid’s Closet Connection, she is a registered nurse in the community. She started out as a shopper and fell in love with the idea of turning her clutter into cash. She bought the preexisting Jefferson County, WV, franchise in January 2015. The Jefferson County, WV, Kids Closet Connection sale continues to grow with each and every sale. It is important to Crystal that when you consign with her, you get a friendly vibe. She greets all of her consignors on a first-name basis. She makes it known that she would not be able to have such an amazing sale without the amazing support of her consignors, vendors, volunteers, family, and friends. Crystal states, “It takes a village to pull off such an amazing sale.”. She has also enlisted the help of a consignor who is now her right-hand “Hard Lines Manager," Karen Howard.
Crystal and Karen do their best to make drop-off go as smoothly as possible. They both know what it is like to be a busy parent with little kids. This sale offers Express Pickup again to help out that busy parent. Crystal and Karen pride themselves on having a very organized sale, making it easy to come in and shop.
