Volunteer & Helper Program

Kids Closet Connection Schuylkill County

Our sale wouldn't be possible without the help of amazing volunteers! By helping before, during, or after the sale, you can increase your consignor earnings, shop earlier, and even earn store credit.

Important: You must be a registered consignor (with at least one item listed) to participate in the Helper Program.

All consignors are responsible for the $15 consignor fee, which is deducted from final proceeds.

Helper hours are adjusted within one week after the final day of the sale.

When We Need the Most Help

We need helpers before, during, and after the sale, especially during these busy times:

• Consignor Drop-Off Day
• Opening Day for the Public
• Saturday, April 17 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (very busy)
• Half Price Day
• Sunday, April 18 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Sorting After the Sale
• Sunday, April 18 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Helper Rewards & Tiers

Bronze Helper

Help for 2 hours

Benefits:

• Invitation to Presale Shopping Events
• Earn 65% of your sales

Silver Helper

Help for 4 hours

Benefits:

• Earn 70% of your sales
• Invitation to Presale Shopping Events

Gold Peak Helper Shift

Special Saturday Peak Shift

Saturday, April 17

9:45 AM to 3:00 PM

Benefits:

• $20 Closet Cash Gift Card to use during the current sale
• Hours count toward earning higher consignor percentages but not towards additional gift card.

This shift is limited and extremely important to the success of the sale.

If you sign up, please notify us if you need to cancel.

We ask that helpers do not cancel within 48 hours of the shift.

Gift card is awarded after the shift is completed and applies to this shift only.

Platinum Helper

Help for 8 or more hours

Benefits:

• Earn 70% of your sales
• Invitation to Presale Shopping Events
• $20 Closet Cash Gift Card (Only applies to in person helper hours - must have 8 hours in person. Food/Snack donation hours not included in this total).

Platinum Helper participation requires approval.
