What Is Consigning?

An easy way to sell your kids' outgrown items! Make & Save money at Hagerstown's Kid's Closet Connection Sale!


New Consignors:

Registered Consignors: Important Consignor Information- Please read!


  • $20.00 consignor fee for Two Weekend Long Pop-Up Events (March, August & November) and earn 65% of your total sales.
  • $11.50 Consignor fee for One Weekend Pop - Up Event ( June) and earn 65% of your total sales.
  • Important emails are sent throughout the sale season- please open & read!
  • Picking up unsold items?? Don't forget to clearly mark your hangers and plastic hangers are OK!
  • Clothing items need to be stain free, current and in gently used condition.
  • Shoes also need to be clean and secured via zip ties, ribbon OR ziploc bags. Zip Lock bags should be taped closed
  • Toys need to be clean and have all the pieces attached or included. Securely attach all parts of the toys together. All battery operated toys MUST have working batteries in them.
  • At drop off all of your items will be thoroughly checked prior to you placing them out on the sales floor. Check your items carefully for spots, missing buttons, season appropriate, to make sure they will pass inspection. All items found inferior will be placed in the back and can be picked at the close of the event.

  • In season clothing. Accepting preemie to Juniors sizes
  • Gently worn shoes, boots, cleats, slippers
  • ALL infant and baby necessities and gear
  • Toys, Games, puzzles, and arts & crafts
  • Books, Cd’s & Movies (DVD's Only)
  • Musical Toys and Instruments
  • Electronic and Gaming Systems
  • Baby Gear: Strollers, Pack n play, and furniture
  • Baby Play items: Exersaucers, play mats, and ride-on toys etc... 
  • Bikes, Power Wheels & Outdoor Play equipment
  • Sporting Goods

NOT Accepting For Consignment Sales:

  • Clothing Older than 5 Years 
  • Expired Car and Booster seats
  • Stained/Dirty/Outdated Items
  • Incomplete sets of toys, games, puzzles etc...
  • Cribs and crib bumpers
  • Grab bags of random toys
  • Recalled Items - Please Review Recall lost below

How it Works

How it Works:

1.      Register as a consignor.

2.      Gather your items in great condition.

3.      Launder and clean any items you are bringing to the sale.

4.      Prep them for the sale by hanging clothing on hangers.

5.      Price and tag your items using our online tagging system.

6.      Drop off your items at one of our drop off days/times.

7.      Shop at our Consignor Presale where you get to shop before we open to the public.

8.      Pick up your unsold items or consider donating to our local charity.
