Executing a well-organized consignment sale requires a lot of work, and dedicated volunteers! We would love to have your help!! Volunteers are a critical aspect to our sales. Why Should You Volunteer Your Time?

It's quite simple: YOU GET TO SHOP FIRST!! The opportunity to be one of the first to shop the sale will allow you to have the best selection, and the time to shop at your leisurely pace before the sale is crowded by other shoppers. First admittance offers you the first chance to get the best deals available at the sale. Workers that accept shifts during the Pre-Sales will have the opportunity to shop before the Pre-Sales begin.

Volunteer Pre-sale : Tuesday, September 28th, 3pm-7pm
Volunteer 1/2 Price Sale: Thursday, September 30th, 5pm - 7pm

What Can You Do To Volunteer?

There are many things you can do as a volunteer. Obviously, we need lots of volunteers to help run the sale. But, if your time is limited, as with working moms, or childcare is an issue, there are other things you can help with as well.

Volunteer At The Sale Itself We will need lots of volunteers to help run the sale. Volunteers will help check in merchandise from consignors during consignor drop off before the sale. They may also arrange products on the sales floor and sort clothing. During the sale, workers may scan merchandise for customers checking out, help bag their items, straighten merchandise on the sales floor, or provide security at the door.

Hang Up Fliers/Signs At Local Businesses We will give you a list of 10 different locations. All you have to do is hang them up in the designated areas!
Sign Your Husband Up! We need some extra muscle to set up the racks on Tuesday evening (about 2 hours), and break them down on Saturday evening (about 2 hours). We will also need some strong people to help carry large items to customer's vehicles.
Media Coverage Do you know anyone in the media? It can be television or radio - We're looking for some advertising (preferably for free!). Hook us up and we'll hook you up with a pass to the Volunteer Pre-Sales!
Teenagers Wanted! If you need some volunteer hours for graduation, we can help you out!! Volunteer for as little as 4 hours and you will earn a volunteer pre-sale pass for you or someone you know!
Drinks Needed! Are you really busy and don't have time to volunteer during the sale, but want to help out? Volunteers also get REALLY thirsty! Provide us with a case of soda and a case of water and you will earn a pass to the Volunteer Sales! This option will go really quickly, so sign up fast if you choose this one!!
