Sign up to be a volunteer for our next show and join the elite group of consignors who get first dibs on the many bargains at the show. There are many jobs and times to choose from so one is just right for you. Some jobs are during the event while others are before hand.
Volunteer for a 4-hour shift and get your $12.50 waived! Volunteer for another 4-hour shift and also get a $20 gift card!
Signing up is easy:
If you already have an account: Sign into "My Account," click on "Phoenix East Valley" sale and then click on "volunteer info". Then, select the time and job you desire.
If you do not have an account: First, register for an account. Then click on "Phoenix East Valley" sale and then "volunteer info." Select the time and job you desire.
Fall 2010 Volunteer Openings
Husbands Needed- Have your husband come work on either the Tuesday before the sale to help set up from 6-9pm or tear down on Friday from 7-10pm.
Sign Placement - Place 10 signs in a designated area of the community to help advertise the sale. You will be given specific locations to place the signs.
Media Coverage-know someone in the media? If you can arrange for them to provide media coverage of our event this would also be considered volunteering your services.
Handout Flyers - Handout flyers to ten daycares/pre-schools a few weeks before the sale.
Consignor Check-in and Check-out- Assist consignors like yourself with the check-in and check-out process. Ensure our quality standards are being met and each item is properly tagged.
Working the Sale - Assist customers and the Kid's Closet Connection staff during the sale. This includes scanning, bagging, re-stocking, tidying-up and security.

You will be invited to the Consignor/Volunteer Pre-Sale which takes place Wednesday evening from 6-8PM.
