Acceptable Items
Kid's Closet Connection only accepts the best in gently used children's items. We cannot accept anything that is stained, torn, outdated, broken, non-working or missing parts. All toys that require batteries should have batteries included (so we know they are in working condition) and all items should be clean. Also, we cannot accept any recalled items (see recall information below.) Remember, you can make more money if your children's clothing is hung on the hanger and nicely pressed.
Car Seats - We can only accept car seats that are less than 6 years old, have not been recalled, have all labels, and all straps and buckles are in good condition. Consignors must sign a "Car Seat Disclaimer Form" at drop-off if they are bringing a car seat. If you are not sure whether your car seat has been recalled, please click on http://www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf for a listing of all car seat recalls. You can also call the Department of Transportation at 1-800-424-9393.
Drop-down Cribs - Due to the high number of recalled drop-down cribs, we can ONLY accept cribs that do not have the drop-down feature. This applies to all drop-down cribs even if they have not been recalled.
Fall Sales
Acceptable Items
- Fall and Winter girls and boys clothing, newborn up to boys size 20 and girls junior size 13.
- Maternity clothing
- Baby furniture, including cribs, changing tables, and rockers
- Baby strollers, high chairs, car seats, and crib bedding
- Baby items, such as crib sheets, receiving blankets, bottles, towels, etc.
- Books
- DVDs and Videos
- Computer software
- Halloween costumes
- Snow/Outdoor Accessories such as: coats, snowsuits, boots, gloves, hats, scarves, etc.
- Toys
- Fall and Winter shoes and boots
- Sporting Equipment and Clothing
- Stuffed Animals (Limit 5 per consignor)
Unacceptable Items for our Fall Sales
- Spring and Summer Clothes (save it for our Spring sale!)
- Worn clothing
- Items with holes, missing buttons
- Stained Clothing
- Outdated clothing
- Toys without batteries (All toys must have batteries included, if needed)
- Recalled items (See note below and Cleaning/Safety information)
- Any items with broken or missing parts
- Any drop-down cribs

Recalled Items - If you have any reason to believe that any toy, piece of furniture, or equipment has been recalled for safety issues, please call the Consumer Product Safety Commission at 1-800-638-2772 or check out their website.
Missing Parts - Contact these manufacturers for ordering missing part. Please allow sufficient time for part shipment prior to the upcoming sale.
