Lee's Summit Sale!

Volunteer Information Below!

Please contact Jill at kidsclosetsale@gmail.com or call (913) 526-8200 if you are interested in volunteering before, during, or after the sale. Please specify what day and time you would like to volunteer. All volunteers are invited to our "Worker's Presale" which is before the consignor presale and before we open to the public and to the "1/2 Price Workers presale" before consignors and the public. Volunteer presales are for volunteers only :)

Volunteer Presales for Spring Lee's Summit:

Wednesday October 6: 5pm-8pm

& Friday October 8th: 5pm-7pm

Lee's Summit Volunteer Openings:

1. Hand out flyers to local daycares/preschools
2. Husbands Needed- Have your husband come work on either the set up or tear down day for as little as 2-3 hours!
3. Work for as little as 4 hours before, during, or after the sale. Check the sale schedule and pick any 4 hours that fits your schedule best!
4. Place signs around the city- Place 20 signs in a designated area of the community to help advertise the sale. You will be given specific locations to place the signs.
5. Media Coverage-know someone in the media? If you can arrange for them to provide media coverage of our event this would also be considered volunteering your services.
6. Teenage Volunteers- Volunteer for as little as 4 hours and earn community service hours and a pass to our "worker's presales!"
7. Meals- Bring a meal to the sale (lunch or dinner) for 4-6 people. It is that easy! As long as you do not bring fast food or a can of ravioli, we are happy campers :) Email me to see what meal slots are available.

** Our volunteers are a critical aspect to our sales, as volunteers help us maintain an organized, efficient & fun sale where shoppers love to be! Volunteers also help us keep our consignor percentage at the higest possible amount--  70%!! Thanks in advance for considering volunteering at our upcoming sale! **
