Why Volunteer??:

• If you volunteer as little as 4 hours before, during or after the sale to earn your pass to our Volunteer Presale & Volunteer ½ price night!
• All Volunteers shop BEFORE the consignors & BEFORE the sale opens to the public.
• Our Volunteers are invited to start shopping ½ price items early!

How Do I Volunteer??:

If you are reading this, you are probably wondering what Volunteering consists of. There are many different ways you can volunteer. Sometimes volunteers will help check in merchandise from consignors during consignor drop off before the sale.  Other times, volunteers may arrange products on the sales floor or sort clothing.  During the sale, volunteers may be asked to scan merchandise for customers checking out, help sack their items, straighten merchandise on the sales floor, or provide security at the door.

Still interested….but you want some other options:

• Do you have youngsters? If so chances are you take little Jonny or Sally to daycare/preschool…While you are there, if you hand out flyers to local daycares/preschools you would qualify as a volunteer for our sale.
• If you are handy or would like to volunteer your Husband we could really use your help to come work on either the set up or tear down day for as little as 2-3 hours!
• If you can work for as little as 4 hours before, during, or after the sale we would love to have you. Please check our sale schedule and pick any 4 hours that fits your schedule best!
• We need help placing signs around the community!! Could you help us place 20 signs in a designated area of the community to help advertise the sale? If so, we will provide you with specific locations to place the sales signs. We are always open to suggestions, so if you know of a good location to place our signs please let us know.
• Media Coverage-know someone in the media? If you can arrange for them to provide media coverage of our event, we would greatly appreciate the extra buzz and of course this would also be considered volunteering your services.
• Teenage Volunteers- Do you need community service hours? If you have a teenager that would like to volunteer for as little as 4 hours and they could earn their community service hours and a pass to our "volunteer's presales!"

• All volunteer opportunities are on a first come, first serve basis.
