If you are interested in signing up to be a consignor at our next sale, please register at the bottom of this page. You will receive a consignor number and then you will be able to start creating your inventory!

Benefits to being a consignor:

Consignors receive 70% of the selling price on all items sold! There will be a $12.50 advertising and space rental charge deducted from total sales. However, refer a friend to Kid's Closet and if they become a consignor, your $12.50 charge will be waived!
Consignors do not have to work the sale. You just drop off your items and then pick up unsold items on the last day of the sale, if you wish.
Anyone can volunteer as little as 4 hours before, during, or after the sale and are invited to shop at the "workers presale" which is before the "consignor presale"!
Consignors get to shop for a fantastic selection of top quality merchandise for all of their children's needs before the sale opens to the public at the "consignor’s presale".

How consigning works:

Each consignor tags and prices his/her own items using our online tagging generator, but is not required working the sale
Then, you bring in your items on one of the scheduled drop off times. (You are scheduled a specific day and time.) These items are inspected following strict quality standards. After the items are inspected, consignors hang up their garments and put away all of their table items.
Consignors can shop for a great selection of children's items at our presale, which is the night before the sale opens to the public.
On the last day of the sale, consignors can pick up their unsold items, unless they want them donated to charity. Consignors will have to sort through the leftover items at pick up. Please allow for enough time. If we have enough volunteers and time allows, we will try and sort hanging items before consignor pickup.
A check will be mailed within 7-10 days after the sale to all consignors with their proceeds.

Once you have registered as a consignor, I will email you to schedule your drop off day and time. Drop off times are scheduled in 15 minute intervals. Drop off takes about 15-30 minutes depending on the number of items you have.
