Consignor agrees to the following:

Consignor agrees to make no claim against any Kid's Closet Connection franchises or Kid’s Closet Connection, LLC for damage, theft or loss of any items consigned at one of the Kid’s Closet Connection sales. Kid’s Closet Connection has an extremely accurate POS system, but because we sell a large volume of merchandise in a short period, some inaccuracies may arise. We do our best to limit theft, damage or loss but occasionally these events may occur.

Consignors receive 70% of the selling price, unless otherwise determined. A $12.50 advertising and space rental fee will be deducted from the consignor’s proceeds after the sale, unless a consignor has referred a friend who consigned at the sale or has transferred from another Kid's Closet Connection sale during a specific sale season.  This fee may be less than the stated $12.50 depending on sale location.

Consignor agrees that items with no consignor number on the tag will not be sold but will be placed in a lost and found area at the end of the sale.

Consignor will fill out a “Car Seat Disclaimer” form if they plan on dropping off a car seat to be sold at the sale.

Consignor has not consigned any items that have been recalled by the CPSC.  Their website is www.http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/toy.html for toys, or http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/child.html for clothing and other kid's products to check for any product recalls.  Kid's Closet Connection sales will also have a recall binder with child related recalls.

Consignor has not consigned any items that may contain an excessively high level of lead (600ppm)as determined by the CPSC.

All items not picked up by the end of “consignor pickup” on the last day will be donated to charity.

All sales are final.
