Consignor Drop Offs (by appt only):
Tuesday March 26th: Check availability/sign up for a time under your consignor control panel
Wednesday March 27th: Check availability/sign up for a time under your consignor control panel
***PLEASE NOTE ~ NO drop offs will be allowed without appointment time!***
CONSIGNORS: Must have drop off appt selected under your control panel to drop off items.
STAR SELLERS (consignors with 300 or more items tagged in system): No online sign up for drop off available. You MUST email Jill at: kidsclosetsale@gmail.com to arrange for a special drop off time.
VIP Presales:
Wednesday March 27th & Friday March 29th (Sat half off presale):
***PLEASE NOTE: (Presale lines will form at the field entrance) You will receive a stamp on your hand at your arrival that will allow you to shop half price. Anyone who enters the sale prior to your presale time will not be given a stamp.
4pm-7:30pm: Platinum Shift Volunteers (24 hrs)
5pm-7:30pm: Gold Shift Volunteers (8 hrs)
5:30pm-7:30pm: Silver Volunteer Presale (4 hrs & Media & Flyers & other)
6:30pm-7:30pm: Consignors Shop (Consignors Only)
***If you are not a consignor but want to shop early, VOLUNTEER and you get to shop both presales early (before the consignors presale!)
Consignor Pick Up:
Monday April 1st: NOON-7pm (must arrive by 7pm to collect all items).
***Star Sellers (consignors with 300 or more items) are encouraged to come between NOON-4pm to speed up your check out! If you are a Star Seller and cannot pick up by 4pm, please email Jill at kidsclosetsale@gmail.com to work out other arrangements.
Consignor Payment:
SHIFT Volunteers only will receive checks on Wednesday April 3rd (email Jill for details or watch on FB for pick up location)!
All other consignor & volunteer checks will be mailed by April 13th at the latest!
